Instructions

1. Pre-heat oven to 400 deg F.
2. Soften butter by leaving them out at room temperature.
3. Cream together butter and powdered sugar. Add balance of ingredients and mix well.
4. Chill dough for approx. 1/2 hour.
5. Roll dough into 1" dia. balls.
6. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet, and bake at 400 deg F for 10-12 minutes.
7. After cookies have cooled, roll in powdered sugar.
